Supports urinary tract health*, rich in antioxidants for immune support*.

Enjoy a vibrant blend of nature's finest, where the tart, sweet essence of Cranberries meets the powerhouse of Vitamin C, offering a robust combination designed to support your immune health and urinary tract wellness. This dynamic duo harnesses the natural properties of Cranberries and Vitamin C to deliver a nutrient- and antioxidant-rich supplement that supports your daily wellness routine. These cranberry capsules, with their high phytonutrient content, are a natural ally in maintaining urinary health and comfort. By preventing the adhesion of unwanted elements to the urinary tract walls, Cranberries offer a natural, effective way to support urinary health. Vitamin C cranberry capsules can complement this by boosting the body's immune defenses and helping fight free radicals that can negatively impact overall well-being. But that’s not all this superfruit can do! Cranberries are also celebrated for supporting heart and gut health, weight management goals, and cognitive function.*

These easy-to-take single vegetarian cranberry capsules are an excellent option for those who want the benefits of Cranberries but do not like the taste - or calorie count - of Cranberry juice. Whether it's starting your morning with a wellness boost or fortifying your body's defenses throughout the day, our Cranberry with Vitamin C supplement is your go-to companion for a life lived with vitality and zest.

Plant Therapy offers a wide range of natural supplements, specially formulated to promote health and well-being, including our organic cranberry extract with vitamin C capsules. These healthy, organic supplements support urinary health and offer additional benefits. We sell a myriad of supplements formulated to promote a healthy lifestyle. Let’s take a closer look at what cranberry extract with vitamin C is and how it can help you.

What Is Cranberry Extract with Vitamin C?

Cranberry extract is made from organic cranberries. This North American evergreen shrub has been used in alternative and holistic medicine for decades to help treat UTIs or urinary tract infections. Our capsules also contain vitamin C, an essential nutrient that has immune-boosting and antioxidant properties. When taken together, these capsules can help you avoid the unpleasant symptoms of a UTI while supporting your immune system to keep you healthy year-round. Our capsules are effective for women, men, and children prone to UTIs.

Cranberries are native to North America and have been used as food and medicine by humans for centuries. Early English settlers found the berry suitable for several conditions and ate it both raw and cooked. These bright red berries grow in bogs and offer a range of health benefits, including helping prevent urinary tract infections, which are commonly caused by Escherichia coli (E. coli). We’ll go into more detail below on how cranberry extract can help prevent UTIs.

Cranberry Extract with Vitamin C Helps Prevent UTIs

Several studies have found that cranberries and cranberry extract may help prevent bacteria from attaching to the urinary tract walls. Bacteria are the leading cause of urinary tract infections. Taking the capsules regularly as directed may help prevent UTIs of the bladder and urethra, particularly in women who experience them frequently. One study of older women found that drinking cranberry juice reduced bladder bacteria compared with a placebo. Another study found that younger women who had a history of UTIs and took cranberry capsules had fewer UTIs than those who did not take the supplement.

It’s important to note that these organic capsules won’t work once you have a UTI; instead, they’re designed as a preventative measure. Cranberries may make your urine more acidic, creating an unfriendly environment for pesky UTI-causing bacteria. The compounds in cranberries may also help to keep bacteria from attaching to the urinary tract. However, it’s far less effective when the bacteria are already connected. We recommend taking our supplement daily to help prevent UTI symptoms and support overall health.  When combined with vitamin C, these capsules can also help support a healthy immune system. Take them with our turmeric with black pepper capsules for an added anti-inflammatory boost.

Cranberry Extract Side Effects

Overall, Plant Therapy’s organic cranberry extract capsules are safe to take. However, some people may experience a few side effects, especially when first taking the supplement. These side effects may include mild to moderate stomach upset, diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting. If you experience any of these side effects, we recommend that you stop taking the supplement. If your symptoms don’t improve, talk to your doctor right away. People who have a history of kidney stones should also consult with their doctor before taking cranberry extract or any new supplement. That’s because cranberries are high in oxalates, which may make getting kidney stones more likely, particularly in those who are already prone to getting them.

Suggested Use

Take our cranberry extract with vitamin C capsules as directed on the bottle. Take the supplement with food to improve absorption and minimize potential side effects, and never exceed the recommended daily dose. If you already have a UTI, it’s essential to see a doctor right away to receive appropriate treatment, which usually includes a course of antibiotics. Cranberry extract supplements should not be taken by people who are currently taking Warfarin (Coumadin). If you take blood thinners or aspirin regularly, you should not take cranberry supplements or drink a lot of cranberry juice. When in doubt, it’s best to speak to your doctor before you take any supplement for the first time.

At Plant Therapy, we offer our customers a range of affordable, organic, cruelty-free, natural living solutions. Our company stands by a people-first promise, keeping our customers, employees, and community at the heart of everything we do.
