How to Use
Each essential oil can be diffused or used with an aromatherapy inhaler. For topical application, please follow the dilution recommendation located on each bottle.
Here are a few ideas to get you started:
Mix 1 drop of Germ Fighter with 1 tablespoon of your favorite carrier oil. Massage onto your back or chest, especially at bedtime and again in the morning. Germ Fighter can also be diffused in the air to support a healthy household with its warm, spicy scent.
Mix Immune Aid in a body care base or carrier oil before applying to the chest, neck, and/or throat (use in a 2% dilution). Diffuse into the air to give the atmosphere a boost while you are at home or work.
Place 1-2 drops of Respir Aid in a large bowl of water that is just too hot for skin contact (not boiling), drape a towel over the head and bowl, and inhale for 5 minutes. This method is not recommended for small children.
